Desktop Support Engineer

Description:

  • Use a ticketing system to organize and distribute incoming Client’s support requests
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on the computer
  • Research and identify solutions to hardware and software issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Track computer issues through resolutions
  • Follow up Client to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting



Requirements:

✓ Should have at least a year of job experience in the same

✓ Amenable to work in shifting schedule

✓ Good in hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting

✓ Has knowledge in using Ticketing System

✓ Willing to work onsite and can start ASAP

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
