Customer Success Specialist

Description:

– Develop and manage client portfolio

– Provide Product demos to customers

– Analyze customer data to improve onboarding experience

– Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure

– Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints

– Close deals with potential clients 



Requirements:

– Highly organized and able to multitask

– Self-driven and proactive nature

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Committed calling time – Minimum 30 hours/week based on performance

– Must be willing to work US hours 

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
