Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization’s products or services.

Salary:

  • Upon hire; P17,000 Base Pay 
  • Upon Regularization;
  • P17,000 Base Pay 
  • +1k flex fund
  •  Also offer: 
  • -20% Night differential 
  • HMO coverage for employee upon Day 1 and dependent upon certification 
  • Life and Accident Insurance 
  • Annual increase based on performance



Requirements:

  • College Graduate of any course (with or without work experience)/Completed 2 years in college with 12 months work experience (Customer service experience).
  • Average English communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good comprehension skills
  • Basic knowledge with MS Office
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays
  • This is for temp onsite hiring.
