We are hiring for Customer Service Representatives to join our Finacial team. Our Customer Service Representatives is an integral role in the operations of our Manila office.

The details.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Attends to customers’ needs by answering product and service related queries
  • Provides product overview and information about other services and offerings
  • suggesting information about other products and services
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Working Conditions:

  • Applicants must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules (day, mid and night shift)
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays



Requirements:

Ideal Candidates have: 



  • Preferably 1 year BPO experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Financial Account background is not required but is highly desirable
  • Good English communication skills and is able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Good Attention to details

Salary: ₱15000 - ₱25000
