Innogreen Technologies Pty Ltd is a Perth, Australia based company that provides virtual 24/7 phone support to seniors to assist them with using Google voice assistants and smart home products.
– Stable Internet Connection (at least 5Mbps) and backup. No excuses will be tolerated for missing work!
– Computer with webcam (Specs should be Intel Core i5 or higher).
– At least 2 years relevant previous experience in customer service, technical support or related field with any major Australian, USA or UK Telecommunications / IT company.
– Sales Experience is a plus.
– Skilled in providing technical support over the phone.
– Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
– Ability to remain extremely patient with customers as our client base are all seniors.
– Friendly, outgoing, and talkative personality.
– Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
– Provide over the phone support for tech related issues relating to their Google Assistant and/or smart home.
– Provide ongoing training to seniors using the Training Manual that has been prepared by Innogreen’s in-house Speech Pathologist.
– Option for candidates to also take Sales calls which will attract a commission on each successful sale.
– Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
– Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times.
