Customer Service Executive

Description:

• Responsible to manage all customer enquiries on our WhatsApp Business timely

• Handling of incoming orders from various medium of customers and ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately

• Assist customers to process their orders and make any amendments to the order

• Handling of administrative duties such as including designing of customised cards, collating deliveries for next few days

• Handling customer complaints and feedbacks, to provide necessary service recovery



Requirements:

·        Self-driven, disciplined and self-motivated

·        Good email communication skill

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
