Compliance Manager- Payments (US)


The Compliance Manager leads efforts to mitigate company exposure especially with “higher risk” merchants. Specific responsibilities include leading efforts to underwrite, audit and ensure compliance for merchants and referral sources. This position participates in Viking Leadership and works with industry groups, regulators, merchant, sales and internal staff to facilitate merchant processing and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.


  • Bachelor degree with emphasis in business/finance management or a 2-year degree with equivalent experience involving compliance within the company or another business/industry
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payments industry to include demonstrated leadership
  • Familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, and industry related procedures and regulations
  • Experience with analysis and reporting
  • Payment industry certifications are encouraged, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and objectively with a commitment to delivering results
  • Effective presentation and training skills
  • Sound judgment with the ability to influence and lead change
  • General knowledge of various software applications
  • Organized, detail-oriented, effective communication and writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable integrity and the ability to effectively manage stress

Salary: ₱80000 - ₱85000
