Call Center Associate
- Provide optimal service to customers by supplying accurate account information and establishing expectations regarding disputed transactions.
- Handle/provide support to customers through voice, chat, and email.
- Request documentation of transactions from other departments, customers, merchants, and other financial institutions to formulate appropriate risk decisions.
- Responsible for initiating, analyzing and rendering decisions on customer disputes, with the goal of preventing losses to customer and client.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
- At least high school graduate
- With BPO experience is an advantage but is NOT required
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Can communicate well in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work on-site at ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY
- Amenable to work on site
