Call Center Associate

Description:

  • Provide optimal service to customers by supplying accurate account information and establishing expectations regarding disputed transactions.  
  • Handle/provide support to customers through voice, chat, and email.  
  • Request documentation of transactions from other departments, customers, merchants, and other financial institutions to formulate appropriate risk decisions.  
  • Responsible for initiating, analyzing and rendering decisions on customer disputes, with the goal of preventing losses to customer and client.  
  • Perform any other duties assigned.  



Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • At least high school graduate
  • With BPO experience is an advantage but is NOT required
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Can communicate well in English 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on-site at ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY
  • Amenable to work on site
