• Answers phone calls and provide important information/ assistance to clients.
• Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance.
• Manages computer/on-line guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer queries.
• Communicates with the customer on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns.
• Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer the caller.
• Candidate must at least reached 2nd year College or possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• High school graduates are welcome to apply
• Good English language conversation skills
• Computer and Web proficient
• Willing to deliver the results in QC, Valenzuela, Bulacan, Malabon, Novaliches and be designated to changing work schedules.
