Description:

Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization’s products or services.



Requirements:

  • Senior/ High school Graduate/ Completed 2 years at college level (without any back subject/s)
  • More than 1 year BPO experience handling international accounts.
  • Background with financial/sales international programs/accounts is preferred.
  • Sales experience is an advantage.
  • Strong English communication skills, both oral and written (at least neutral accent).
  • Has exceptional customer service skills.
  • Computer literate specifically in MS Excel.
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: ₱20000 - ₱25000
