Description:

Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization’s products or services.



Requirements:

  • 18 years of age and above
  • Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
  • Preferably a college graduate of any course
  • Willing to start immediately 
  • Willing to WORK-ONSITE in Ayala Makati
  • Has at least 1 year of Native GDS experience (Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre or Worldspan ONLY ) + Any of these non-negotiable requirements: 1 year of Flight Reservation Experience, 1 year of International Booking Experience, 1 year Corporate Or Leisure Travel Industry Experience , 1 year Customer Sales And Service Experience
