• With average to excellent English communication skills
  • Strong desire to learn Internet and website technologies and communicate with players/customers.
  • Ability to deliver stellar customer service while troubleshooting and consulting with live chat customers
  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems with varying complexity, using multiple tools and systems
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively cross-functionally and with various levels of the organization
  • Strong ability to build rapport
  • Knowledge of internet, social media, technical is a plus
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules including night shift, weekends and holidays
  • Online game support experience is an Advantage.

 Minimum Requirements:

– At least High school graduate / College undergrad / College graduate

– Average to Exceptional communication skills in English and great call handling skills

– Must be flexible for changes and has the sense of urgency

– Willing to work on shifting schedules including graveyard, weekends and holidays

– Savvy in computer & internet navigation

– With or Without call center experience

Typing speed of 35 – 45 words per minute
