Business Analyst Coordinator

Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Designing / developing, maintaining and publishing operational reports and dashboards
  • Provide operational analysis utilized for decision making
  • May make recommendations based on the analysis, and provide explanations for reporting results as needed
  • Mentor others
  • Act as a resource for others
  • Coordinate others’ activities



Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Workforce Management Reporting
  • Knowledgeable in key metrics (Login hours, Shrinkage, Utilization, Service Level, NPS, AHT, Quality, etc.)
  • Intermediate level of experience with MS Excel (i.e. creating spreadsheets, v-lookups, pivot tables, macro etc.) and MS Word
  • Experience in developing dashboards, visualizations and understandable reports for the business
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule

Salary: ₱15000 - ₱25000
