1.Create and enhance programs and policies for brokers.
2.Leads, trains, and motivates staff to improve broker group sales performance.
3.Formulate and develop effective and innovative programs to entice external sellers and brokers to promote and sell Company’s residential portfolios.
4.Monitors the effectiveness and impact of individual programs implemented to ensure sales growth.
5.Strengthens sales contribution of the broker network.
6.Establishes group and individual business relationships with broker contributors.
7.Effectively and efficiently provides quality customer service with broker network.
8.Provides concrete direction on broker recruitment, accreditation, reactivation, and alternative channel distribution.
9.Oversees Training, Briefing and Site Orientation to Newly accredited Brokers and Agents.
10.Assists brokers in client sales conversion.
11.Ensures complete booking requirement and post-sales services to broker network.
12.Periodically conducts update, visit, meeting and call brokers.
13.Obtains feedback from broker network on industry updates, events and current developments.
14.Ensures broker commitments both in sales delivery and event attendance with a prospective client.
15.Monitors broker sales and performance with the broker network.
16.Submits Weekly Sales Progress Report and other relevant reports, files, plans as may be deemed required.
17.Evaluates sales performance of Broker Manager and Associate.

Position Summary and Qualification:
The Broker Director is responsible for effectively delivery of sales quota of the broker channel, implementing the sales policies and guidelines, providing recommendations on leads and sales strategies, and ensuring accreditation of brokers and external sellers.
