Branch Teller – Clark

Description:

Responsibilities

  • Performs services for clients such as processing transactions and answer inquiries
  • Receives and counts cash in drawer at the beginning of day
  • Records and processes transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with the company’s policies and guidelines
  • Attempts to resolve issues and problems concerning the client’s transactions, otherwise, escalate to Branch Cashier and/or Branch Manager for proper handling / resolution
  • Cross-sells ATC’s products and services to customers
  • Balances cash in drawer at the end of day
  • Ensures compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures
  • Maintains and organizes transactions slips
  • Provides excellent customer service experience
  • Involves in the operations team effort to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the branch premises
  • Accomplish tasks assigned from time to time



Requirements:

  • Must have 1 – 4 years of consecutive customer service experience in financial services, retail banking, or financial institution preferred
  • Knowledgeable in basic MS Office Word, MS Office Excel, Outlook
  • Knowledgeable in providing customer service
  • Must be able to communicate clearly (written and spoken)
  • Must pay attention to details to keep accurate records of transactions to following proper security protocols
  • General math skills
  • Knowledge of proper cash handling procedures
  • Cash drawer maintenance

Salary: ₱15000 - ₱20000
