  • Provides secretarial and/or clerical works
  • Prepares information and documents needed of the Department Manager
  • Assists foreign staff in conversing with local staff
  • Performs other functions and tasks as assigned


  • Must be a college graduate of any degree
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • A fast learner who can work independently and with a team
  • Has sense of urgency
  • Effective English and Mandarin communication skills
  • Willing to work on Shifting Schedule, Holidays and Weekends
  • Willing to work in Makati, City Philippines

Salary: ₱40000 - ₱45000
