Job Description

  • Ability to handle training teams – PH (Manila & Cebu)
  • Drive TNI based / open calendar schedule for both locations
  • Lead ‘Unnati’ / TTT annual trainer initiation to completion
  • Conduct 360° feedback analysis for existing leaders (periodic)
  • Understanding of learning methodologies – “Adult Learning Cycle”, “Maslow‟s Hierarchy of Needs”, “Pavlov‟s Classical Conditioning” (optional), etc.
  • Ability to facilitate behavioral training programs for U4 & above
  • Manage assessment centre / training efficacy – Kirk Patrick Evaluation Model (L1 – L4) – performance evaluation / Track learning efficacy on 30 / 60 days cycle – On the Job
  • Conceptualize and create visual L&D dashboard (periodic)
  • Track associate movements – vertical / horizontal (via training) > succession planning



Requirements:

Eligibility Criteria

  • Overall >=7 years of experience / > 5 years of relevant experience in L&D (behavioral)
  • Competencies – lateral thinking, business acumen, strategic mindset (ability to gauge situations – proactive approach), negotiation & influencing skills, problem solving & decision making skills
  • Excellent business writing skills
  • Exception inter-personal & communication skills / maturity level
  • Knowledge on psychometric assessment is preferable
