Appointment Setter Role

Description:

We are looking for an experienced appointment setter to be a Pioneer employee for a great real estate company.

Full time position: Php 28,000-30,000 (+Night Differential)

Timezone: 9AM-6PM PST(Night Shift)

Location: Mandaluyong (near Boni MRT Station)

The Supports:

You will receive the support of our office and team of professionals. We also have one of the most robust xRM/CRM platforms in the industry. We use a true team model with real estate broker and loan officer specialists who each have a specific role to play in the client’s process of buying and selling a home.  Our outside agents and lender teams handle the details required to service the client which will free you to focus on pre-qualifying leads and setting appointments.

 

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a driven, goal oriented professional that demonstrates exceptional telephone skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone with the willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone talking to people. #1 goal in this position is to set appointments every day!  We need individuals to support the outside sales team in an effort to grow potential sales opportunities. An equally important part of the ISA role will be to spearhead re-engagement efforts with past clients to enhance customer service and earn repeat and referral business from these past clients.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
  • Partake in training to level-up your skills and effectiveness in converting leads to appointments
  • Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, and etc.
  • Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists
  • Input/manage client & lead databases
  • Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set
  • Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Willing to be held accountable for goals & results.
  • Call past clients and our sphere of influence to ask for referrals.
  • Manage contact database system.
  • Manage 50+ new leads each week & work existing leads to convert into buying/listing appointments.
  • Achieve performance metrics and goals set by management.
  • Assist in tracking ‘Customer Care’ marketing initiatives for current and past clients

  • Results oriented, high achiever, confident, competitive, high level work ethic, sense of urgency, and a closer mentality.
  • Solid understanding of computers, navigating the Internet and managing leads in a CRM.
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM is plus but not required, will train.
  • Career development and training focused.
  • Confident telephone voice and comfortable with selling over the phone
  • College degree is preferred but not required.
  • High level spoken and written English.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • With appointment setting experience
  • Real Estate industry experience is highly preferred

Salary: ₱25000 - ₱30000
