Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization’s products or services.

Salary:

  • Upon hire; P17,000 Base Pay 
  • Upon Regularization;
  • P17,000 Base Pay 
  • +1k flex fund

Requirements:

  • College Graduate of any course (with or without work experience)
  • Completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months Customer Service experience 
  • Excellent English communication skills 
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Good comprehension skills 
  • Basic knowledge with MS Office 
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays

Salary: ₱15000 - ₱20000
