Analyst / Project Manager

Description:

Looking to hire a analyst / project manager who is interested in a long-term opportunity to grow and advance with changing projects and roles.  You must be detail and service-oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and work in an environment with often changing priorities, all while having the discipline to work independently.

In addition, the appropriate candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in technology platforms, including *Advanced Excel Skill*, DropBox, Google Docs, Project Management Platforms.
  • Quick uptake on new technology
  • Enjoys communicating in verbal and written form, providing excellent service and written communication (virtually)
  • Independent and self-motivated, ability to work effectively in an environment with minimal supervision
  • Problem solver, ability to look ahead and anticipate the next steps necessary to fully complete the task
  • Flexible; collaborative sometimes and follow directions other times
  • Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
  • Professionalism, confidentiality and integrity

Work responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Personal Service and Client Service

Be available for daily remote non-voice voice calls to discuss projects, online chat sessions, ongoing screen shares, and daily emails.

  • Communication through telephone, online calls, e-mail and screen shares
  • Work on client projects (reports, applications, research, misc)
  • Enter notes and tasks into Client Note Systems
  • Handle client service issues as they arise
  • Handle client follow-up tasks as delegated

Operations

  • Maintain records through e-filing, scanning, docu-sign
  • Monitor and update tracking systems
  • Manage deadlines for self, team and clients
  • Review work methods and procedures for possible improvements and efficiencies
  • Perform analysis, research and projects.  
  • Advanced Excel Skills and Project Management Skills are required.
