- Receives calls and maintains and organizes filing of documents.
- Assists in disbursement of expenses, payroll and payments to suppliers.
- Coordinates with accountant, sales and marketing and team on the day-to-day activities.
- Collaborates and assists with sales teams.
- Coordinates travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Ensures the efficient operations of all office equipment, arranges for routine and necessary maintenance as needed.
- Maintains the office supply inventory and orders additional supplies as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fresh graduate but prior experience in office management is an advantage
- Excellent in written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi task
- Proficient in MS Office
