Administrative Assistant (BGC)

Description:

We are seeking a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

  • Duties of the administrative assistant include providing support to manager and employees. Assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities.
  • Filing documents and answering phone calls
  • Organizing and supporting any Office purchases
  • Excellent in oral and written communication skills
  • Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of our office



Requirements:

Qualification

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or have prior experience with Administrative duties.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft word and Excel.
  • Physically fit to work.
  • Live within a 45 min. commute to BGC, Taguig.
