The responsibilities of the said position are as follows;
- Answer phone calls/emails and take messages to appropriate parties;
- Compile data and assist in preparing papers for consideration and presentation by executives and board of directors;
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails;
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Must have experience in customer service;
- Must have knowledge of admin work.
Salary: ₱15000 - ₱20000
