Admin Officer

Description:

The responsibilities of the said position are as follows;

  • Answer phone calls/emails and take messages to appropriate parties;
  • Compile data and assist in preparing papers for consideration and presentation by executives and board of directors;
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails;
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.



Requirements:

Minimum:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Must have experience in customer service;
  • Must have knowledge of admin work.

Salary: ₱15000 - ₱20000
