Admin Assistant or Property Management Support

Description:

Nature of Business: The successful candidate will be working with a Client who owns one of Australia’s leading agencies focused on managing residential real estate properties. 

 

 

 

 

 

A general overview of tasks: 

 

– Inbox and Calendar Management 

 

– Prospecting and Lead-generation (non-voice) 

 

– CRM and Database Management 

 

– Editing brochures, newsletters, and flyers  

 

– Managing social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin) 

 

– Loading and/or removing listings from various real estate websites/portals 

 

– Creating agreement forms, documents, and contracts 

 

– Updating spreadsheets and Checklists 

 

– General Data-Entry 

 

– Research and Reporting 

 

– Invoicing and Bookkeeping 

 

– All other admin tasks required by the Property Managers and Sales Agents 



Requirements:

Skills required: 

 

– Excellent oral and written English 

 

– COMPUTER SAVVY 

 

– HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAILS 

 

– EFFICIENT, ORGANIZED, AND CAN WORK UNDER MINIMAL SUPERVISION 

 

– Honest, punctual, and reliable 

Admin Assistant / Property Management Support 

– Team player and problem solver 

 

– With positive attitude and takes criticisms objectively 

 

– Confident and assertive 

 

– Real Estate experience is a plus 

  

– OFFICE ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE IS A MUST 

 

– BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST 

 

– Call Center experience is a plus – Virtual Assistant experience is a plus 

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
