Degree qualified in Bachelor of Commerce (desirable)

·      Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders

·      High degree to details and less supervision required

·      Excellent communication



– 2+ years progressive experience handling administrative activities to multiple stakeholders

– Ability to develop supervisory skills; with understanding and appreciation for regional differences

– Uncompromising commitment to client and customer satisfaction

– Well-developed organizational and time management skills, including managing stakeholders and demands; meeting tight deadlines, and demonstrated ability to build a climate of superior client service

– Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Can do attitude with an interest in continuous improvement

– Ability to maintain confidentiality.

– Ability to work independently with little supervision on required tasks

– Ability to time manage and perform whilst maintaining quality of output.

– Well-developed keyboard and computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and email applications.
