Account Manager

Description:

  • Shall be a single point of contact for selected existing customer accounts of company and manage relationships with senior executives up to and including CXO level
  • Create and be responsible for account plans, which shall be the basis of an annual sales target
  • Provide value-added solutions through a consultative approach
  • Own the relationship with each of the identified accounts, ensuring a high quality, positive and mutually profitable business partnership
  • Support all customer projects carried out by the company, providing the link between the customer and the management and delivery teams.
  • Be responsible for the financial health of each account



Requirements:

We require an enthusiastic and talented person who can thrive in a complex, dynamic corporate environment. They should have strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills which they will utilize to build and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, identify new revenue opportunities, present solutions in a compelling manner, and ensure the commercial success of each opportunity, including timely collection of receivables.

Skills & Experience

  • Personable, with excellent organisational and presentation skills, an eye for detail, and strong commercial acumen
  • University Degree
  • Creativity in solving complex problems
  • Experience doing Account Management, Client Relationship or Business Development in an IT environment is required.
  • Energetic, engaging personality who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment
  • Proficient in both Tagalog (must be native speaker) and English, both written and spoken. Only Filipino citizens will be considered.
  • High energy, flexible, “can do” personality
  • Interested in I.T. and/or the retail business
  • Proficient in standard Office software including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Salary: ₱50000 - ₱70000
