Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Requirements:
Open for 3rd Year College-Completed with or without work experience
(or) High School Graduate with at least 6-12 months customer service experience
Amenable to work on site
Salary: ₱15000 - ₱20000
