Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Requirements:
Required at least 1st year 1st semester in college with no back subjects
Must not worked/studied/lived outside of the country for the past 7 years
Good communication skills
Work Onsite set-up
