Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Requirements:
Requires at least 6 months of any Call Center Experience (local/International/Voice/Non Voice)
Good communication skills
Savvy in computer & internet navigation
Salary: ₱20000 - ₱25000
