TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (TSR) START IMMEDIATELY! (FOR LOCAL EMPLOYMENT ONLY)
Salary: 24,500.00 + benefit packages!
Job Location: Pasay (very accessible)
– Free gym inside the facility.
– Videoke room and gaming room.
The main task is to provide assistance in troubleshooting hardware and software issues pertaining to Hotel software programs via phone, chat or email ensuring minimal property downtime via correct problem diagnosis to determine causes of user problems and work in conjunction with technical vendors in the repair of hardware.
This is an internal customer handling role, and requires excellent prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service, along with excellent verbal communication skills.
– At least 2 years in College;
– Proficient in a Windows environment; in the use of Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, Outlook; in the use of internet browsers such as Internet Explorer; and in the use of trouble ticket software such as Remedy;
– At least 1 year call center experience handling technical account.
– Ability to type a minimum speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy;
– Able to troubleshoot minor computer-related/computer functionality issues;
– Ability to manage multiple tasks, chat and calls simultaneously and while working in high-pressure situations;
