*Conduct New Starter Induction Training Program
*Perform training need analysis in conjunction with operations staff.
*Develop training modules and training schedule and improve/modify the existing training decks.
*Conducting Quality Assessments, Audits & provide feedback
*Identify Gaps & conduct refresher training
*Handle administrative as well as functional requirements of the role, liaising with other departments
*Call Monitoring & publishing report on weekly and monthly basis
