Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Air –Conditioning and related disciplines from accredited Institutions in Philippines
• Relevant working experience in building maintenance
• Willing to work on public holidays and able to perform shift duties
• Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Possess customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist Assistant Engineer in providing engineering support for M&E services
• Carry out maintenance work in accordance to maintenance schedule and monitor term contractors in the carrying out of regular servicing
• Inspect additions and alterations, and reinstatement works in the building
• Attend to tenants’ feedbacks and queries
• Provide feedback for safety requirements and improvement work to be carried out for incorporation into action plan
