Qualifications:
Male/ Female
25 to 35 years old
Graduate of BS Food Technology/ Nutrition/ Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering and other related field
At least 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in a food manufacturing company, preferably in bakery business
Computer literate; has good communication skills, both oral and written
Results oriented, hardworking, analytical and flexible; has high degree of leadership and decision making; has the ability to coach, counsel, and discipline subordinates
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling production operations in the most cost effective way
Responsible for implementing production schedule and ensuring effective use of manpower and equipment
In-charge of a particular segment of the production process or for a particular product line
Acts as a deputy manager in the absence of the superior
Oversees several product lines and directs labor for through line leaders
