Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

 Male/ Female
 25 to 35 years old
 Graduate of BS Food Technology/ Nutrition/ Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering and other related field
 At least 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in a food manufacturing company, preferably in bakery business
 Computer literate; has good communication skills, both oral and written
 Results oriented, hardworking, analytical and flexible; has high degree of leadership and decision making; has the ability to coach, counsel, and discipline subordinates

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling production operations in the most cost effective way
 Responsible for implementing production schedule and ensuring effective use of manpower and equipment
 In-charge of a particular segment of the production process or for a particular product line
 Acts as a deputy manager in the absence of the superior
 Oversees several product lines and directs labor for through line leaders
