General Responsibilities: Provides administrative, organizational and accounting responsibilities to Management; assists in facets of Human Resources Management and Development such as but not limited to the following: a) Recruitment, staffing, new hire orientation, employee engagement and training logistics; b) HR monitoring, filing and recording systems; c) Compensation and benefits administration; d) Implementation of company-wide policies, programs and other HR services; and e) Other day-to-day requirements of the Human Resources Department
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting or equivalent
Male or Female, 20 to 30 years old
Excellent organizational, administrative, interpersonal, analytical and computer skills
Superb verbal and written English
Proactive and takes responsibility in providing quality and prompt service to both internal and external clients
Willing to be trained in carrying out functions in all facets of human resources management and development
Must be willing to work in PSE Building, Ortigas Center, Pasig City
