Qualifications:
- Not necessarily a board level technician
- Can troubleshoot software related issues
- Can troubleshoot hardware related issues
- Knows how to network computers (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Fax Machine) for small and large offices
- Knows how to install different kinds of softwares
- Knows how to assemble/disassemble desktops
- Knows how to open laptops without a service guide
- Knows how to set-up source disk for internet cafe for cloning
- Have knowledge on programming language and applications
