How can I apply for a job?
To apply for a job, simply browse our listings of available jobs and contact or email the employer directly. You don’t need to sign up to apply for a job!
How am I protected by PinoyJobs.ph as an applicant?
At PinoyJobs.ph we make sure that each job submitted by an employer is reviewed, this basically means that all jobs posted are subject for approval and cannot be posted automatically. The employer or company’s background or information is also reviewed and checked.
I saw an illegitimate job advertisement, what should I do?
If you feel that we have missed and approved some illegitimate job advertisement, please report it by clicking the ‘Report this job post’ link on the job’s detail page.

How can I post a job ad?
To begin with, you will need to register for a free employer account, don’t worry sign up is quick and easy!
Inside your control panel, click on ‘Jobs’ then ‘Add New Job’ to start posting a job ad, or, you can click the ‘Post a Job’ link at the top. Please remember to click the ‘Submit for Review’ button, do not save it as ‘Draft’ as it will not be reviewed by an administrator. Below is a guide on how to use the job posting panel.

I registered for an account but I haven’t receive my confirmation email, what should I do?
If you haven’t receive your confirmation email yet please check your email’s spam box.
I can’t seem to register for an account, what seems to be the problem?
PinoyJobs.ph system automatically detects sign up anomalies (e.g. bot registration, multiple registration) and blocks/ban the visitors ip and email address. If your email has been blocked/banned please contact (support) support (at) pinoyjobs (dot) ph and we will unlock it.
Who can post a job ad at PinoyJobs.ph?
Registered businesses in the Philippines can post job advertisement on PinoyJobs.ph.
How will I know if my job ad is approved or not?
A notification will be sent to your registered email address whether your job ad is approved or not. If your job ad has not been approved, you will have the option to edit your job advertisement.
Are there any fees for posting a job advertisement?
PinoyJobs.ph does not collect any fees for job advertisement, job posting is free!
How long will my job advertisement be posted?
You can set your job ad to expire on a certain date by filling up the ‘Content Scheduler’. When it reaches the set time of expiration your job ad will be set to ‘Draft’, you can then submit it for review or delete your job ad.
I posted a job already, why isn’t it showing at PinoyJobs.ph?
Your job advertisement will need to be reviewed and approved first by an administrator.
Why does my job advertisement need to be reviewed?
We need to make sure that the job advertisement is not a scam.
If your job advertisement was not approved please do not take it personally.
Why is my job ad rejected?
PinoyJobs.ph only accepts/approve legitimate job advertisement. Your job ad may have been rejected by the following reasons:
- You are promoting an affiliate website.
- Duplicate job advertisement.
- You are posting a job scam.
- Incomplete details.
- You are recruiting for a Multi-level Marketing.
- There is no real or actual company.
- Referral job advertisement.
- Incentive base recruiting.
Please be advise that the list above are strictly implemented.
We’re from the same company, can we have multiple PinoyJobs.ph account?
Yes you can, but make sure that you do not post duplicate job advertisement.
How to you verify job advertisements or if such company exist?
As of the moment, all our verification are done online via LinkedIn, Google etc. If we can’t verify it, we will not approve the job advertisement.
What happens to my declined job ad?
Your job ad will be reverted back to ‘Draft’ status. You can edit/review your ad and then re-post it for review.
My job ad was approved, can I post a similar job ad?
Sorry but duplicate job posting is strictly not allowed. If you would like to post the same job advertisement, wait for your job ad to expire. Or, you can set it to ‘Draft’ status and submit it again for review.
Is my email address posted in my job advertisement protected from spambots?
Yes it it! Your email addresses are hidden from spambots.
What types of account does PinoyJobs.ph offer?
There are two types of employer accounts at PinoyJobs.ph – Basic and Premium Account.
A Basic Account can manage their job post (edit, delete, add new) but they cannot publish the job ad instantly. A Basic Account’s job posting will need to be reviewed and approved by an administrator first.
A Premium Account account can also manage their job post (edit, delete, add new) but they have capability to post job advertisement without admin approval.
How can I upgrade from a ‘Basic’ to an ‘Premium’ account?
Login to your account and click the ‘Upgrade Your Account’ link. This will take you to the information and payment page. Contact us at (account@pinoyjobs.ph) account (at) pinoyjobs (dot) ph or call 7095887 if you have any questions. Payments are handled by PayPal
How do I log in to my employer account?
Click the ‘Post a Job’ or ‘Login’ link.
How do I log out?
Click the ‘log out’ link at the the top of the page.
Why has my account been deleted (and banned)?
Two words. You are a spammer. Okay that’s four, umm three, umm, okay you get the idea!
Should I fill up my user profile?
As much as possible, yes. This gives potential applicants more information about your company.
How can I remove my account?
On your dashboard, click ‘Profile’ and at the bottom of the page you will see a ‘Remove Account’ link.
