Corporate Personal Assistant positions demand competence and skill at performing the following duties:
• reading, monitoring and responding to the executive’s email
• answering calls and handling queries
• preparing correspondence on the CEO’s behalf
• commissioning work on the CEO’s behalf
• liaising with staff, clients, etc.
• preparing papers and documents in connection with the company’s transactions with clients.
• managing the CEO’s daily appointments
• booking meetings
• organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
• writing minutes, taking dictation
• planning, organising and managing events, managing a budget
• attending events/meetings as the CEO’s representative
• conducting research on the internet
• writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters
• preparing presentations, preparing papers for meetings
• managing and reviewing filing and office systems
• updating websites, typing documents, sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment, managing projects, managing an Assistant.
• assists in the administration and operation of the company for the President/Director for Human Resource and Administration.
• perform other duties that may be assigned by the President/Director for Operations from time to time.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
• With pleasing personality
• Superior computer literacy is a must
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Can work under pressure and on a flexible schedule
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ermita,Manila.
