Job Description & Requirements
-Receive and respond to email inquiries regarding the services offered by the company
-Maintain and organize records of clients
-Provide standard contracts, forms and instructions to clients
-Review application forms and documents provided by clients
-Assist in organizing documentation for clients
-Assist the Coordinator of Administrative Services
-Perform other duties as required by superior
-Candidate must possess at least have a Business related Bachelor’s/College Degree
-can work with minimal supervision;
-knowledgeable in MS applications;
-excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
-keen eye on detail;
-has good analytical skills and strong work ethics.
-At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required for this position
-We prefer female candidates for this position but may be willing to consider male candidates with exceptional qualifications.
