Cutfloor Team Leader (for Mandaue, Cebu):

 

•   Bachelor’s degree holder preferably Bachelor of Science in Food Technology
•   Male and not more than 40 years old
•   At least 2-3 years work experience in meat industry
•   Hardworking, team player and works well under pressure
•   Keen on details

 

Job Summary:

•   Supervising the daily operations of the cut floor
•   Leads efficient preparation of customers’ orders based on order slips and cutting buffer stocks based on forecast and standards
•   Leads in Good Manufacturing Practices compliance and good maintenance of machines and equipments in the cut floor
•   Timely submission of cut floor reports and requests
