CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES (ORTIGAS)
For Immediate Hiring
PHP 15000 – 18000 [+Bonus and Allowance]
- Providing top quality customer service by phone, email and online chat
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints, ranging from general information about our website and products and order status updates to billing and delivery issues
- Proactively calling and emailing customers in order to increase sales

- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
- Excellent communication skill
- Has a good command in ENGLISH language
- Knowledge of MS-Office, including Outlook, in Windows Environment (a plus).
- Call Center experience is an advantage but not required
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
