A. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. CAD (2D/3D)
2. Piping Design, Detailing and Presentation (3D CAD – CONCRETE, STEEL, WOOD)
3. Report to Team Lead and/or Senior Architect (for Project Monitoring )

B. QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate of B.S. Mechanical Engineering
2. 2 to 3 Years and up Experience solid experience in 2D/3D Autocadd 2010 (other related 3D with BIM software is a plus)
3. Must be able to draw isometric drawings from field hand sketches;create detailed pipe drawings for water and wastewater treatment plant projects;work from contract specifications and drawings including process and instrumentation diagrams, mechanical, structural, and electrical drawings;
4. Has English written and oral communication skills.
5. Team Player with minimal supervision.
6. Must be knowledgeable of pipe end connections such as flange, sockets, grooved, threaded, welded, and mechanical joints
7. Must have MEP Detailing Background
8. Experience in 3D technical drawings and rendering in MicroStation and Solidworks is a definite advantage
