Sr. Applications Developer (3 FTE – VERY URGENT)
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Validation of technical feasibility of Automation opportunities
• Develop RBA flows to automate incident management and request fulfillment
• Document flows and test results
• Perform basic data analysis and event pattern analysis
• Work with delivery team to help validate content ideas
• Act as a business consultant to help the business solve automation issues with advanced flow techniques
• Troubleshoot flow issues

ü Ability to translate a business request into a technical design requirement.
ü Build the user interface functionality of the technical requirements document.
o Familiarity with writing business rules that include Boolean expressions, parameters and text parsing
ü Execute testing, QA and production roll out of project enhancements.
ü Assist monitoring end users during roll out of eglue solutions.
o Advocate for project changes based on observation of end user environment, especially for usability.
ü Be the point of contact for IT for any eglue related concerns.
ü Comfort reviewing and analyzing reports for statistically significant data.

PROFILE:

Development skills:
• Scripting
• Wintel – WMI, VBS
• UX – Shell, Perl
• Regular expression
• Database language (SQL)
• Target platform knowledge (OS, DB, Back-up tools, Exchange, Data bases,..)

ITO OS Delivery experience:
• DTS experience
E2E incident management Experience, including Event correlation/filtering

Qualifications
Qualified applicants will have a working knowledge of at least one object oriented programming language, such as C#/C++, Java.
Useful skills include:
• Basic understanding of:
o Information Architecture,
o Graphic Design, and
o Usability
• HTML coding and web development
• Experience with a call center environment and technology including CRM systems, dialers, CTI, terminal emulators
• Some database experience
Some familiarity with Business Intelligence software and setting up reports from BI tools

CORE COMPETENCY:

• Target technology experience (UX, Wintel, Back-up technologies, DB technologies, Apps,..
• Flow Development (Opsware technologies)
• ITSM/ITIL Service Delivery processes
• Third level OS support
