SALES MANAGER
(National Capital Reg – Greenhills, San Juan)

Responsibilities:
• Estimating demand, determining if the item can strongly compete and grab a significant portion of the demand
• Plan the business strategies and tactics.
• Executing the sales and marketing plan.
• Responsible for directing and managing all sales and business development operations
• In charge of driving the company’s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals
• Looks after the hiring and development of a sales organization, depending on the size of the company.
• Responsible for training and sales incentive programs.
• Manages the overall sales process and develops the pricing policies.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Performance management skills (coaching, conducting an appraisal)
• Strong verbal/ written communication and facilitation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience demonstrating successful customer/ client relationship management.
• Good computer skills
• Excellent client relationship/ communication skills.
• Experience dealing with Glazing contractors a MUST.
