Job Description

•Plans, analyzes, and creates visual solutions to the company’s communication problems.
•Finds the most effective way to get messages across in print and electronic media using color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques.
•Develops material for Internet Web pages, interactive media, and multimedia projects.
•Selects the size and arrangement of the different elements on the page or screen.
•Creates graphs and charts from data for use in publications, and consults with copywriters on any text that accompanies the design.
•Works closely with the Marketing department, Human Resources department, and the Administration.

Job Qualifications and Skills

•A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or any similar course is preferred but not required.
•Creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, as familiarity with computer graphics and design
software.
•Must have an eye for details.
•Open to new ideas and influences, and quick to react to changing trends.
•Has the ability to work independently and under pressure.
•Meets deadlines.
•Possesses a good business sense and sales ability.
•Intermediate to advanced experience in: Full Adobe Design Suite, i.e., InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Dreamweaver, and Flash and CorelDraw.
