Outbound Call Center Agents or Telemarketers

We are looking for “experienced” call center agents for USA Outbound campaign. It’s DIRECT HIRING. We are neither “head hunters” nor agents for any recruitment agency. Only serious and professional candidates are welcome to apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Male / female, no age limit.
• Filipino citizen or holder of relevant residence status.
• Must possess a Bachelors/College degree in any field. Computer literacy is essential.
• Highly proficient in English communication skills (written/verbal).
• Capable of working under minimum supervision. Possesses a strong initiative sense.
• Highly reliable, enthusiastic, energetic, persuasive, and a team player.
• Target motivated, service oriented, hard-core seller, and achieves to exceed set performance goals.
• Willing to work on graveyard schedules, extended hours, and/or holidays.
• Able to submit at least one (1) valid ID (postal, SSS, TIN, Driver’s License, etc.) and Police/ NBI Clearance.
• GENUINELY PROFESSIONAL! No excuses. No TIME WASTERS, please.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To comply with call handling procedures, scripts and rebuttals during sales presentations.
• To create dynamic approach in building rapport with new and existing clients.
• To present the products/services to clients enthusiastically with emphasis on features and benefits.
• To overcome customer objections motivating sales and customer satisfaction.
• To communicate effectively via phone or email.
SALARY:
• Depends on Sales Performance versus Sales Targets. Unlimited Incentives for Achievers.
