Responsibilities:
(CSR) CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (BPO Company):

* Answer phone to respond to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.

(TSR) TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (BPO Company):

* Responsible for handling internal and external technical support requests for numerous products and applications, will also support the efforts of the Web Development team in the areas of Quality Assurance and Data Management.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field. NURSES AND HIGH SCHOOL GRADS ARE VERY MUCH WELCOME TO APPLY.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati,Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pasay, Parañaque.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Should be able to communicate in English
