TelePac Outsourcing is NOW in need of “high caliber” OUTBOUND call center agents to support B2B and B2C campaigns on behalf of its client.

Customer SALES Representatives / Telemarketers (OUTBOUND)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Comply with call handling procedures, scripts and rebuttals during sales presentations (Verbatim Scripts)
- Comply with documented quality procedures.
- Proactively offer and present information on products or services to communicate product features and benefits.
- Communicate enthusiasm about the product offering to overcome objections.
- Meet or exceed weekly performance goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced Outbound / Telemarketing agents of at least 3 months and above.
- Must be fluent in English w/ neutral accent.
- Telemarketing sales aptitude with knowledge of basic sales techniques.
- Basic computer skills with advance & accurate typing skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and competitive sales-driven environment.
- Highly reliable, enthusiastic, and energetic team player.
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
- 20 Full-Time positions available.
