We like them not so young but not so old (19-29 years); got rewarded for reaching the finish line in Marketing, Communication Arts or anything related to these in his chosen college or university (college graduate); freshies (no experience) or has tried to market something at one point in his or her life; hard-working who can work beyond eight hours;  flexible with his time because we sometimes organize events that make us start the day really early or super late at night and; willing to work in San Juan and start right away.
