Software Developer – C# ASP.NET

We are seeking a Software Developer to work on websites, web services, and other applications to help us take our software development efforts to the next level. This is a full time employee position located in Davao. The employer is a well established, 12 year old company headquartered in Utah, USA. Some short term travel to the US may be required.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Produce quality software products according to specifications
• Unit testing of own programs
• Participate in code reviews and other quality processes
• Follow coding standards and process guidelines

Required:
• Service attitude
• Technical aptitude in software development and architecture
• 3+ years in C# and/or ASP.net Microsoft web development
• Ability to work well under time pressure, maintaining positive interpersonal relationships
• Desire to achieve high standards of team and personal performance
• Problem solving and analytical ability
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in implementing best practices in software development
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

Preferred:
• Masters Degree in CS or similar technical field
• Experience in Scrum methodology
