POSITION SUMMARY
The position is responsible for ensuring that the sales deck in the site is effectively managed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Works in tandem with sales team in promoting and generating sales for The Point.
• Facilitates usage of sales deck for team members and accredited brokers.
• Assists and coordinates logistics for prospective buyers investors and accredited brokers.
• Tours prospective investors within the property.
• Assists Makati Office in acquiring marketing and sales collaterals.
• Assists Makati sales team on follow-up and convey of information with interested investors
• Generates daily sales report to Project Managers
• Creates new contracts to generate sales.
• Handles sales presentations and transactions.
• Performs all assigned duties efficiently, technically correct, follows Company policies, rules and regulations, requests of Superiors, adheres to procedures and achieve a high standard leading to total guest and Company satisfaction.
• Complies with all Corporate / Company Standards and Procedures.
• Updates oneself and follow security/fire/safety procedures according to Company’s rules and regulations.
• Attends divisional/departmental meeting and training when requested. Conducts regular staff meetings to keep all associates informed.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
